Since every website designed by LSD is customized, there is no standard turn around time. Past projects have been completed anywhere from 4 hours to 4 weeks.

What if I don't have a logo?

LSD can work with you to create an entire corporate identity from concept to final package.

What do I need to provide you with to create my website?

LSD is a full service design firm, but we do require some client interaction. Supplied with your company background information, any graphics or photos you would like included, and an idea of what your expectations are for the site, LSD can create a fully customized design catering to your target market.

How do I find out if the web address I want is available?

You can use an online domain registrar site such as Network Solutions to determine if your desired address is available. However, LSD recommends that you actually purchase and secure your domain name as part of your hosting package as you will get a better value for your money as well as only one account to manage.

Can you incorporate my existing website into the new design?

Yes, LSD can redesign your current website and utilize any existing images and/or text desired.

How often will I be billed?

LSD submits invoices on a monthly basis. However, in months where less than an hour of work has been completed, the balance will rollover to the next month so as not to create unnecessary paperwork for LSD or your company.
